Some incompleteness had been left between the crew of Valery Gorban and Vladimir Korsia and Polish stage of World Rally Championship after last year race. The crew had the race start but they had been deprived to take the finish because of huge mistake of race organizers.

All race plans, all fulfilled preparation work, hundreds kilometers of training – all team’s efforts came to nothing. At Rally Poland 2015 Valery Gorban and Vladimir Korsia overcame only four special stages thereafter they were arrested by local police which brought accusation of road accident. Meanwhile, the organizers could not understand the situation on time and respond to it properly. As a result instead of fighting on the race route the crew and the team fought at a court trying to prove its innocence.

Ultimately the innocence of the crew had been proved and all accusations were dropped. So a legal point had been placed at Rally Poland 2015. But from the sporting point of view, the race ended with some incompleteness – neither the crew nor the team could remain satisfied overall.

So this year Eurolamp WRT goes to Poland with a keen sense of year-hardiness unsatisfied sports hunger.
